It turns out the domain is Global. You can use it in both Import and Export scripts.

Hello All,

I was wondering if there is a way to export and import Global Policies using the ExportImportPolicyPackage tool?

I was able to get my firewall policies but need to do the same for my globals.

When you say you were able to get the rules for you firewall policies, you need to define the domain name per domain you want to export.
For the global you do not define a domain.
If that fails try using domain name System.
