export rulebase layer as HTML (bash script)

Gets a layer-name as an argument and prints the layer as an HTML table.

Run the script on a management server. Pass the layer name as an argument to this script.

The code assumes that you're running the script as the root user so it uses "mgmt_cli login --root true" which does not ask for login credentials.
