Check if "install_policy" is currently running

Hi,

I have created a web application for our department, to add hosts to a specified group at the firewall using the wep-api. The last step is to "install-policy", which takes a longer time for 10 destinations. During this, the client who has startet this became a message created by "show-task", to see the progress of these steps. If another client clicks "Install-Policy", it shall not be possible because the proxess is currently running.

Is it possible for another client to find out via web-api, whether an "install policy" is currently running on the firewall?

Hi Sven,

Currently there is no API command to verify this unless you have the task-id for the running process.

But ,we added a new API command "show-tasks" that returns the list of all taks on the management. This new API will be available during the next management release. Stay tuned.
