Archive folder would NOT be visible in Outlook, access would be possible via harmony email portal or admin could export the messages from the archive if need be.

Hi Team

I have enabled Harmony Email Collaboration - Archiving for a customer on our MSSP cloud. How would the users then access their archived email, will it still present in their Outlook archive folder.

Let me check with my colleague, I believe he helped customer with this before. I am fairly certain it would be in the archive folder, yes.

Thanks for the quick response, Is there then a separate "user portal" that you publish that end users can access without accessing the infinity portal or would I need to create a new "role" on the infinity portal and only give access to the archiving search per managed users/groups?
