Reported Emails not generating a Phish Report

Hello,

We are using Knowbe4 Phish Alert Button, both on OWA and the Outlook Client (Classic), for our end users to report suspected phishing emails. When a user reports an email, it forwards it to an internal mailbox. I have this setup so that any email this designated inbox receives is supposed to generate a phishing alert but we get nothing. Wondering if there is any documentation surrounding this?

Please review the documentation here, are you referring to the "Notify Admin" option?
