I have all set configure on the phishing report workflow, when user report phishing i have checked the "notify admin" box.

but i still can't receive any notification.

My global role is "admin" on the Harmony portal.

Please check that your Infinity User has the following specific Role, Under Email & Collaboration Service:
"Receive Alerts"
