We've struggled a bit with random delivery delays and unreadable emails from our Exchange Online environment lately (all outgoing), and we are having a hard time troubleshooting the issue.

One critical step to circle in on the root cause would be to be able to bypass HEC completely (including journaling) for certain senders or recipients, but there does not appear to be any (documented) way to do so - does anyone have any pointers?

(I already tried support, but they just repeatedly provide me with stock replies about ways to safelist emails for phishing campaigns - which is almost completely missing the point.)
