This is the issue. The mails from mail explorer shows the emails which are already received but not block domain proactively Like a block list. The suggested way acts when email is received and queried from Mail explorer and then created a block list instead I need to block domains even if the emails are not received from that domain.

Hi Team,

I am not finding a way to block domains in HEC? I mean domains can be flagged as phishing or spam if mails are received from those.

Just like if I want to block domains would it be possible that way?

Have you explored the block-list options?

To clarify you attempted to create a block-list in this way (regardless of search results) and it failed?

The only other method i'm familiar with is used for migrations from legacy platforms to import existing block lists and involves a ticket.
