    <description>&lt;P&gt;Looks to me that this kind of issues are related to Microsoft. You might need to place a Service Request with the Microsoft Tech support using your administrator credentials.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW, those shared links are sort of suspicious, best is if you upload those screen shots here. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😄&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Harmony Email &amp; Collab - O365: Authorization Error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm having some troubles configuring Office 365 within Harmony Email and Collab. I get the following error message after authenticating against my Azure AD :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://ibb.co/QFtj1xm" target="_self"&gt;https://ibb.co/QFtj1xm&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And when looking at the logs on Azure, I have the following message that I don't quite understand :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://ibb.co/2q76k5c" target="_blank"&gt;https://ibb.co/2q76k5c&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a trial license for Harmony. The user I'm using to authenticate on Azure has Global Admin rights and I used Microsoft Authenticator App.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas guys ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
