Ability to view the body of emails

Hi Mates,

I started a proof of concept using Harmony and Email Collaboration to secure a client's use of O365. Is there a way to view the actual body of the emails from Harmony and Email Collaboration, if the client wanted too?

I looked at the admin guide and found these points:

1) "To investigate the body of the raw email, under Email Profile, click Show for Show body from raw
email. - this does not show the exact body of the email

2) To download the raw email, under Email Profile, click Download for Download this email. - where is the download option, I am unable to find it?

Hi Arvind.

Check the note at the bottom of the chapter you were looking at:

You will need a specific role to be added to your user in order to be able to access sensitive data such as seeing the email body.
