Office 365 Outlook - Group Selection

Hi Team,

Recently I need to onboard an Office 365 email account by using the Specify Office 365 Group. May I know how is the process ?
For example, I just need to group the email address into HR@cp.com ? When i Onboard, i just need to enter HR@cp.com ? Any one have the experience to share to me? thanks
