      <title>Smartview stuck as loading smartview.. in R80.20</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Smartview is not working in new tab of Logs, also it is not loading with &lt;A href="https://&amp;lt;Mgmt"&gt;https://&amp;lt;Mgmt&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;IP&amp;gt;/smartview.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The warning appears which is attached herewith.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are running distributed architecture with firewalls on high availability and running Gaia OS R80.20.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We tried disabling and enabling Smart Event blades on Mgmt. Also tried evstop and evstart; and also &lt;SPAN style="color: #333333; background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;$RTDIR/scripts/stopSmartView and&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #333333; background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;$RTDIR/scripts/startSmartView&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;When trying to access with the browser, which error do you get?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you sure there is network connectivity been the client and the server?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to both the management server and the SmartEvent server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have access to the Gaia portal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you changed the Gaia portal to a port different than 443?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Dadosh,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks to you and your friend Nadav too for solving this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Actually the problem was&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="highlight"&gt;httpd&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2-smartview.conf file being corrupted and it was resolved after replacing this file.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I would advise that you do not use this method unless you're sure this is the issue. I would first suggest to install latest JHF.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
