Need steps for R77.30 to R80.30 Checkpoint upgrade

Hi Mates,

We want to upgrade the management server as well as Security gateways in the cluster from R77.30 to R80.30 Gaia.

Can somebody tell me how to perform the upgrade and resource details for R80.30? Below is the device model of the mgmt server and security gateway

Management server :- Smart-1 205 appliance

Security Gateway :- Check Point 5200 appliance.

Hi Val,

As per the upgrade wizard tool, the management server (205-appliance) and gateways in the cluster (5200 appliance) can be upgraded by the CPUSE agent. Please check the attached screenshot of the upgrade wizard tool and CPUSE agent on the appliance for reference. Kindly confirm that can we upgrade by CPUSE agent.

Management server:- R80.30 Fresh install and upgrade for Security management as per the upgrade wizard tool which is available on CPUSE agent all package version

Gateway appliance:- R80.30 Fresh install and upgrade for Security gateway and standalone as per the upgrade wizard tool which is also available on CPUSE agant on the gateways.
