      <title>R77.30 Upgrade failure</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to upgrade a SMS from R77.30 to R80.40. I downloaded the upgrade tools for the older versions and ran through the upgrade verification. After fixing the errors, I am having issues getting it upgraded. I have tried doing both an advanced upgrade (exporting - installing a fresh install with JHFA 67 - import) as well as an in-place upgrade. I have also tried upgrading to R80.30 and R80.10 just in case.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Doing a cpm debug we ended up finding out there was a corrupt user. We deleted the user and the upgrade seems to be good now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
