Recently our mangement IPS changed from extenal (Public IP) to Internal (Private IP) since connectivity was established through MPLS. I wanted to update the NAS IP from public to private IP interface. However what i found through FW GUI that in the drop down it does not give me the option to select from the Firewall interfaces. It is showing wrong interface IPs.

I also tried to change the NAS IP through GUI but it is giving me an error as below and i am unable to set the interface address.

"NMSAAA9999 Invalid NAS IP address x.y.z.w" cannot set as NAS IP .

FW version is 80.20

Please help.

Hello,

Thank you for reverting.
Please find the snip attached of the screen which I am referring to ( FW GUI ) . In the FW when I am trying to select the NAS IP interface from the drop down. It is not showing me the current FW interfaces. While selecting the NAS IP from drop down we are prompted with all the interface IPs of the FW. However it is not showing the interface IPs when I intend to select from the drop down options.

Yes I had updated the relevant object in the Smart Console (updated the IPs).
