Policy Installation fails with error code: 1-2000078

Hi Team,

Has anyone experienced this error before? Policy Installation is getting failed on gateway with error code 1-2000078. This is R80.30 cluster.

If memory serves me right I believe we had one policy-push with that error a while back.

At that point the error was resolved by a reboot of the gateway. We didn't have time to open a case to get the root-cause and the issue hasn't appeared again.

If you open a case, please ask them to add the error code to sk106588 and/or sk154435

Same - Reboot resolved the error. In fact TAC team was sayin that similar issue was observed by other customers as well and surprising no bug-fix recorded yet!!
