      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know this may sound like a silly question (or 2), but need to ask :). Did you make sure you are using the latest console version from CP support site, as well as try another machine to see if same issue happens? If those 2 things fail, maybe worth trying reboot mgmt server, as it would not cause any outages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There might be issue when the users used EA version of R81.10, which is not compatible with GA.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would try &lt;A href="https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal/role/supportcenterUser/page/default.psml/media-type/html?action=portlets.DCFileAction&amp;amp;eventSubmit_doGetdcdetails=&amp;amp;fileid=115157" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;portable version of R81.10 SmartConsole&lt;/A&gt;, to see if the issue is also present there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thats a good point actually, though I will say that I was told before by 3 people in TAC to use portable console version for cloud instances only and thats what I have been doing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
