MUHv2 reports no identity on Citrix

In an environment running the last version of MUHv2 as per the sk, it doesn't report any identity to the IA blade.

The agent shows it's connected to the gateway (secret is correct), safe boot mode has been tried off and on on the image, but the identity is never acquired and the client doesn't show any local identity.

On the gateway, the IA blade log doesn't show any login for the Citrix IP and "pdp muh status" shows the IP of the VM with 0 identities mapped to it.

The Identity Collector has been set to ignore the range of the Citrix VM but to no avail.

I've checked around some SK and R80.40 IA manual but can't find something conclusive, on the other hand I have the feeling I'm missing a simple step. Any idea? R80.40 Take 118, 120 on SMS.

Is the account in question a local account or is it an AD account?
MUH (either version) will only work with AD accounts.

Hi @PhoneBoy , yes full MS/AD shop there. I'm still looking at it but wondered if there was a simple step I might have overlooked. Both logs on gateway and MUH side don't report anyt error in particular, just empty identity.
