      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am try to understand basics statements for performance investigation and read&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&amp;amp;solutionid=sk167553&amp;amp;partition=Expert&amp;amp;product=Security" target="_self"&gt;sk167553&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;This sk contain the following step in (2) Basic Health Check:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Check sync network health, which can cause high Firewall instance load:&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;cphaprob syncstat&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;KPI: &amp;gt;1% packets lost/re-transmitted&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I use command&amp;nbsp;cphaprob syncstat&amp;nbsp;I see standart output, as it is discribed in&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&amp;amp;solutionid=sk34475" target="_self"&gt;sk34475&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How correctly calculate this KPI for packets lost/re-transmitted acoording sencstat out?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The current step is about making sure ClusterXL sync is okay, and not affecting cluster functionality. Look at "sync at risk" status, rejects and retransmissions counts.
