NAT Rule Validation

Hello Community,

does someone know about a nat rule limitation?

I want to creat a hide nat rule and use a object group in the source original column.
Currently this croup contain only host objects, network object and other group objects.

Now i add a wildcard network object in this group and got a validation message.

I try to find some limitation information in the management guide R81.10 and in the knowledge base, but without success.

Can you send a screenshot of the rule? I would like to try it in R81.20 lab. Please blur out any sensitive info.

Hi Andy,

sure. I created one with some testing objects, but same validation error.

Only the wildcard object in the nat rule works.

Its definitely wild card object thats not being accepted in NAT rule, just tried it in R81.20, same issue. IM trying to find an official documentation about this.
