Log sharing Infinity Services - Error

Hi all,

My environment:

- Management, R81.20 HF26 connected with Infinity Portal (Active)

- All Inifity services (Active)

- Data sharing:

Configuration sharing (Active)

Log Sharing (Error) -Internal Error

Infinity Portal:

- Horizon Events ( It is working perfectly receiving all the events)

- Horizon Playbocks -> Monitor-> Block Connections ( Log sharing is disabled).

We have restarted the management but the log sharing error continues.

I'm Meital Natanson from the Logging R&D team.

We have found an issue with the "Log Sharing" status that sometimes shows an error even though the feature works as expected.

We will release a fix to this issue in the near future in the Jumbo HF.

Thanks for your answer.

That day I was desperate, and I disconnected the Infinty services and reconnected it from management.

This solved the problem, all the infinity services in the management were active and working.

I went to Infinity portal, and both Horizon Events and Playblocks are working and active.

My surprise was when I go to the Horizon XDR: Gateways not installed.

Now I have passed the problem to the XDR, I wait for the Jumbo HF.
