Can custom applications achieve this level of fqdn definition? I tried it, but it doesn't seem to work.
Users can access www.test.com but not www.test.com/administrator/

Your RegEx is not matching. Use e.g. https://regex101.com/ to test it.

Thank you, I found it, but after my testing, I found that there is a problem without regular expression. 
When I restrict access from inside to outside, this requirement can be achieved, 
but from outside to inside, there seems to be a problem. At the same time, 
the external machine parses The URL IP is different from what the firewall resolves. The firewall resolves the intranet address of the URL. Could this be the reason?
