    <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't believe there are specific processes for this (unique to SmartWorkflow functionality anyway).&lt;BR /&gt;My guess is this is a bug that R&amp;amp;D will need to investigate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>(smart)Workflow is stuck</title>

&lt;P&gt;So I configured approval process as per documentation in R81.20 JHF41, and it worked fine (for few days), but now reports are empty displaying "loading" only. Has anyone experienced this behavior?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The problem is that I can't find any documentation about relevant processes or files I could check on management server. Obviously management reboot doesn't help at this point.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;TAC case is registered, but doesn't seem to get any traction. In fact some engineers were surprised that SmartWorkflow is back &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😄&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
