Hi, this my problem:

I'm using build 800007027 of snx_install.sh and is working.

My gateways are in R75.20

DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=18.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=bionic
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS"

can someone help me ?

First, do you know that R75.20 is out of support since the time Trump was not yet president ?

Second, there is a command line option (think it was -g) to produce debug file where you can see what went wrong.

Unless the issue is a configuration issue of some sort (which maybe the debug flag would identify), your only recourse is to upgrade the gateways to a supported release.
R75.20 has been out of support for several years now.

But I would like to solve the problem on my linux, possibly with firefox which, however, I cannot get to work due to a problem on the java version.
