      <description>&lt;P&gt;When visiting SmartView through the browser, I got the following error: error ref id 7862F065&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2024-09-12 160828.png" style="width: 721px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/27585i1EBBA6006CC2C8ED/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screenshot 2024-09-12 160828.png" alt="Screenshot 2024-09-12 160828.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I go to SmartConsole under Logs&amp;amp;Monitor in New Tab, I get this error: HTTP ERROR 500&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2024-09-12 160917.png" style="width: 498px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/27584iA9766B5DF8A0B1FB/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screenshot 2024-09-12 160917.png" alt="Screenshot 2024-09-12 160917.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone encountered a similar error?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also noticed that it no longer shows me hits in the open Logs tab, although it does display logs. I tried with evstop/evstart.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hm, looks right, so definitely something with smartview broken. Not sure brother, sorry. Maybe call TAC and see if they can diagnose it better via remote. I would recommend to run cpm doctor if you can and see if it gives any clues.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a CP ticket for a customer facing the same issue on R81.20 JT 79. First suggested solution attempt was:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- uninstall JT&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- look if the issue is resolved&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- if yes, install JT 84&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This did not work for our customer, though...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There were many fixes related to SmartView between these two JHF takes so testing it after the uninstall of JHF 76 would helpful, if that is something that you are able to check.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
