Hi all,

We are experiencing an issue with a static routing in our GW R77.30.

We have already a routing for the subnet 192.168.X.X/16 to go through destination A and we have added a new routing for the subnet 192.168.Y.X/24 to go through destination B but the new routing is never applied. All traffic is going through destination A.

We believe that the issue is related with the routed service.

Can anyone assist?

Kind Regards,

This should probably be a TAC case.
However, R77.30 is End of Support, so if it is a bug and it's not fixed in the last jumbo hotfix, your only recourse will be to upgrade to a supported version.
