R80.20 Install from check point cloud option in FTW require licensing?

Hi guys,

in a virtual env i was trying the "Install from check point cloud" option during the FTW, but i got the following error.

Is required a license to use this feature?

Checked internet connectivity and DNS resolution via clish and it's working!

This is no appliance - so, it has no license before the installation is finished 8) There are several other possibilities available...

Thank you Albrecht, i suspected this.

So this option is not suitable for openserver and vm...Can you tell me more about the several methods?

What is your precise goal here?
Pretty sure this refers to Check Point appliances set up via the Zero Touch portal.
This won't apply for VMs or Open Servers.

Hi PhoneBoy, i would like to test this feature to get a new vm with the last JHF, based on the blink image available on the cloud.

Just to have a local lab env fresh and clean

Pretty sure that's not the use case Zero Touch was designed for.
It's designed for physical Check Point appliances only.
