      <description>&lt;P&gt;Typically rules or objects wouldn't create load on the Management server (SMS) in that way.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please clarify what device has the high CPU and what features are currently enabled and the version/JHF level?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It might be easier to open a case with TAC support and provide them with a "cpinfo" output to analyze etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
