    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to license an Mobile access blade for a clusterxl member that was recently purchased.&amp;nbsp; In the user center, after attaching the blade to the cluster container, I click license and nothing seems to happen.&amp;nbsp; When I select check license, I get the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;License generation has failed for the below products.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Product/Feature&amp;nbsp;CPAP-SG5100-NGTP&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Description -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;5100 Next Generation Threat Prevention Appliance&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;License Generator is temporary unavailable.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot get that to work for some reason.&amp;nbsp; Evidently I am not that familiar with Checkpoint licensing.&amp;nbsp; I thought maybe the above error was something that could be easily resolved.&amp;nbsp; I also thought it would be easy to just add on Checkpoint mobile licenses to the existing blade but doesn't appear to be the case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, thanks.&amp;nbsp; Checkpoint support was able to resolve this issue for me.&amp;nbsp; I have no idea what the solution was, but it is working now.&amp;nbsp; I think it had something to do with a central licensing issue.&amp;nbsp; Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
