      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After the SMS server has been upgraded and hotfix applied, the upgrade process fails during database import with the following error message:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Importing the Management Database Start Time01-Aug-2025 13:06:11 | End Time01-Aug-2025 13:15:08 | Duration8 min 57 sec.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Creating Default Objects and Restarting Services8 min 23 sec.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Check Point Data1 sec.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;System Data&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Error Message  Failed to execute command /opt/CPupgrade-tools-R82/bin/migrate import --config_only -n -l -x --include-uepm-msi-files --smartlog /home/admin/temp-export/a0eebc99-afed-4ef8-bb6d-fedfedfedfed.txz. Failed to execute&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Execution finished with errors.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe this may be a bug with the default&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;CPupgrade-tools-R82&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;scripts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From my analysis, it appears that the R82 upgrade images (both ISO and Blink-HF34) ship with an older version of the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;CPupgrade-tools-R82&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;package, which seems to have a bug. On the affected system, the build number is:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;[Expert@SMS-PRI:0]&lt;SPAN&gt;# cpprod_util CPPROD_GetValue CPupgrade-tools-R82 BuildNumber  &lt;/SPAN&gt;
1998001093&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;After deploying a new management server with R82 JHF34 and manually updating to the latest&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;CPupgrade-tools-R82, I no longer encounter the error when importing the database. The updated build shows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;[Expert@SMS-PRI:0]&lt;SPAN&gt;# cpprod_util CPPROD_GetValue CPupgrade-tools-R82 BuildNumber  &lt;/SPAN&gt;
1998001165&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will let you know if the upgrade is successful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I managed to resolved this by upgrading the deployment agent as well. Which means we have to make sure upgrade tools and deployment agents is up to date to the latest.
