I don't want to receive alert about IPS attack, I just want to get alert after IPS update signature. So, it may be not suitable for my issue.

If you want to know when we update the IPS signatures, then we have a mailing list for that: Security Advisories Subscription

If you want to know when YOU push updated IPS signatures, that's a different question

Note that unless you do an explicit policy push in versions prior to R80.20, the IPS signatures aren't being updated on the gateways.

R80.20 gateways can update signatures on their own without a policy push.
