Traffic selectors unacceptable

Getting the error below when one of partners tries to connect to me. Their connection is dropped with the error below. Initially it was working. They are using Fortigate

Not enough info. Versions in use? Both peers, Check Point or not? What kind of VPN?

Thats most likely phase 2 issue...how do you have tunnel management configured on CP side? Whats the other end? Is it domain or route based tunnel?

Btw, if this is route based tunnel, just set the setting I attached the same and other end can be universal 0.0.0.0/0. However, if its domain based, make sure subnets are right and set the option to tunnel per subnet.
