RVPN Not Working on Active-Active ElasticXL R82

I have configured an ElasticXL Cluster with Active-Active Gateways, the catch is whenever the gateways are Active-Active, the vpn is not working, but if I set the member gateway into down state, the vpn is working. Can someone help me how to fix this issue or is this a limitation of ElasticXL? TIA

Not enough details. What is the error on VPN, and what other symptoms, if any? How did you troubleshoot?
