Site to site vpn issue

Hi Team,

i need urgent help on attached snap. we are facing S2S tunnel , on same cluster we have other S2S tunnel its working fine.

SAs of all instances:

Peer 182.45.50195 , EMB-Cluster SAs: ip changed

IKEv2 SA <6be1b372d8893437,eb8d89e8af7a2a64>
(No IPSec SAs)

Urgent issues you have to contact check point support. This platform is not for urgent issues.

Second this is very little info there could be many reasons why this tunnel is not working.

If i understand the other side has changed their public IP. Most of the times it means they have changed something more then only the IP. Maybe new firewall / vendor or software version. You have to see this as a new VPN tunnel. So start from the basics, compare config etc etc.

thnks issue resolved, other cluster IPsec vpn certification was expired some days back and we hvnt seen

Glad its sorted out. But, as @Lesley rightfully pointed out, for anything urgent, I would always pick up the phone and call TAC for help.
