Updatable objects and VSX

Hello team,

I need help on the Updatable objects used in a VSX.

We are currently running R81.10 on 6500 appliances.

DNS are defined: primary and secondary internal DNS and third one google.dns.

Guessing my issue is not linked to DNS because when I am using "unified_dl...", updatable object are updated.

But they should be updated automatically and this process seems to not work.

Any clue will be welcomed.

Which JHF level is this system running?

Is this specifically geo objects that are problematic or others...

Running R81.10 hfa 95.

Not specific, no uo are update automatically.

Connectivity is fine. It is the automatic update that is not working.

We've seen this behaviour in a new Security Group, R81.20 T99.

Manually running unified_dl works, but it doesn't update automatically. The VS' external IP has direct Internet access but is not on Internet itself. It's a new project so we didn't look into this deeply yet as we have other tasks, but this might require a TAC case.

Maybe an odd question, but when you say they are not updated automatically, how exactly are you verifying that?
