    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a Cluster setup where the Management Server is located in different location.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Issue:Standby firewall logs are not sending to the Management Server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- When I checked cpstat -f log_serbver mg command in Management Server out put shows Gateway is disconnected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- As well cpstat -f log_connection fw command output shows no data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Not able to find the logs in Smart console.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I am able to find the logs of Active firewall in Smart conslole and command output shows it is connected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am able to ping to MangementServer from Standby device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the Management Sever when we run the command "netstat -an | grep 257" not able to find the IP of Standby device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Attached the netstat output from the both the Gateways.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you help me on this how to proceed further.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
