Hello community,

I have some weird thing happening.during the day i got 3 to 4 times of error:

Threat Emulation update failed cannot download exe_analyzer failed running download process

this is always happening at the passive node respectively no matter what node it is.

gateways are in good shape and everything has worked until hjf 98 and still everything is ok but this error is very persistent.

gateways have internet access and can download updates and contacts update services with no trouble.

So is there something i am missing or?

Hey,

I would install jumbo 99, as it is recommended now, but also, see if you can apply below sk. I know shows R80.40 as latest version, but Im sure it would apply to later ones as well.
