I am sorry for that I am upgrading from R81.10 to R82. I have downloaded the R82packages from checkpoint website and i imported while i am verifying it is showing an error below.

R82 Gaia Clean Install and upgrade

Clean Install:
Installation is allowed.
Upgrade:
The following results are not compatible with the package:

- No upgrade tools package is installed for R82 version. To download the package manually, refer to sk135172. Restart verify process using -skip_upgrade_tools_check flag.

This installation package is not supported on Cloud environments.
The upgrade is supported only on servers with standard Check Point partition formats.
This installation package may not be supported on your appliance model.
For the latest software images, see sk166536.
This installation package may not be supported on your server.
In-place upgrade is not supported for CloudGuard IaaS
ClusterXL in Load Sharing mode with IPSec VPN blade enabled cannot be upgraded to R82. For more information see sk162637.
To ensure a smooth and compliant upgrade process for machines currently operating on Check Point R80.30 or earlier versions, it is mandatory to adhere to the following structured upgrade protocol. Initially, upgrade the system to Check Point R80.40. This intermediate step is crucial for compatibility and system integrity. Subsequently, after successful stabilization on R80.40, proceed with the upgrade to Check Point R82. This two-phase approach guarantees optimal performance and security compliance in line with Check Point's upgrade guidelines.

I have downloaded the Software package tools also but it didn't helped me.

Hi guys I am upgrading one of Checkpoint Firewall gateway to R80.10 to R82. I can see in GAIA portal it is recommending both R81.20, R81.40 and R82, so I choose to upgrade it to R82 I have downloaded it GAIA portal but when I try to verify it is showing error. I don't have proper license to raise a TAC please help me to resolve this issue. Thanks.

Your text stays R80.10, but your screenshots say R81.10.
Which is good because upgrading from R80.10 requires upgrading through R80.40,
What is the precise error shown when you try to upgrade?
