Recently, we upgraded from R81.10 to R82 and then downgraded back to R81.10. After the downgrade, I attempted to perform a system backup via the Web GUI, but both firewalls displayed a screen like the attached screenshot, preventing me from managing the system backup.</P><P class="">&nbsp;</P><P class="">When I checked Snapshot Management, I found that no snapshots were stored on either firewall. Additionally, attempting to create a backup via CLI resulted in similar log messages.
