Hello,

I am planning to replace old hardware for my current Security Gateway Open Servers. The model which Dell selling is R760 (R750 off market already) which is not certified while this model was released in Feb 2023....

Curious anyone had this issue?

Thanks in advanced

Regards,

Bill.

You should ask your Check Point representative to contact Solution Center that are responsible for the the Hardware Compatibility List.

Hey Bill,

My logical answer would be no, as its not listed in HCL. But, I totally get the point Tal made. Let me rephrase that...760 is NOT listed, but 750 actually is.

May work, may not.
What it won’t be is supported via TAC as it’s not in the Hardware Compatibility List.
For support, this needs to be brought through your local Check Point office which will need to involve our Solution Center.

Understand the frustration but hope is not lost. Potentially it is already on the list to be certified with R82 solution center can confirm, if not your SE can help get it prioritized.
