Hi Checkmates,

Greetings,

Can we reset the admin password from cli from different user having no admin privileges or create another admin user so that we can set password. As adding or creating users from another least privelges users does not give access to add and create users.

Please let me know if you have some ideas to address this issue.

If you still have access to MGMT then the above process should help.

Otherwise you'll likely need to follow the alternate SK available that leverage emergendisk / liveCD process.

Is it expert password? If so and its for gw, you can follow below, does work. I used it few times.
