Third-party transceivers are not supported, Cisco or otherwise. They may or may not work, but you would be running a non-supported configuration with them.

Does Checkpoint support Cisco based transceiver?

I am about to deploy Checkpoint 6200 series firewall and was thinking about using Cisco SFP + 10 G module. I did try out the Cisco transceiver where I created a bond and checked the bond status on the switch side as well on the Checkpoint 6200 side. It perfectly came up.

My question is will there be any issue in the future if I use Cisco based transceiver ?

As @_Val_ said stick to Check Point ones to avoid issues, specifically those listed in sk92755.
