Hi Team ,

We are unable to monitor the firewalls in cluster via monitoring tool . For one cluster either we are able to view the Primay Firewall and VIP IP and on another cluster the Secondary firewall and VIP IP .

Can kindly suggest regarding the issue . We are using is Giaa R77.10 , physical appliance .

First of all R77.10 is End of Support.
Regardless of this problem, highly recommend upgrading to an R80.x based release as even R77.30 is about to be End of Support.
Possible this SK may help you, but definitely need more details about what behavior you see.
Have you verified the SNMP packets are reaching the relevant gateway, for instance?
