Unable to create staging in "IPS Protection"

Hi Team,

I am trying to clear staging from IPS protection. I can see more than 8000 staging protections. I have followed below path of clear staging:

Custome policy tools >> IPS Protections >> Action >> Cleanup options >> profile cleanup >> click on "+" and add profile >> publish and install policy

Still its showing the same number, please find the attached snap. can anyone guide me on it?
