I know this happened to other customers and might be related to the mechanism that updates licenses from UserCenter to your Security Gateway. Please open a ticket with TAC.

Hi

Was a solution or SK published for this?

I have seen this on many customer environments where cplic print shows CK is duplicated - I have seen for Smartupdate and Vsec_lic_cli

Not sure if its an indicator of anything service affecting but cant find a matching SK.

Thanks

I have seen this happen before - but honestly, this is not an issue. Older licenses can be troublesome if the first license found is invalid and triggers an error, while a newer license is present but not working, and in these cases, the old licenses should be removed using cplic command. But i am unsure if this is needed here.
