Gata 81.10/Quantum 6200: Cannot manage snapshots: Gaia Web-UI recognized a non-valid input data

I can suddenly no longer create, delete or export snapshots in Gaia web interface. I get the error "Error: Gaia Web-UI recognized a non-valid input data".

I have never created snapshots with invalid characters or titles/descriptions. I can't find any invalid input data anywhere in gaia. I have no idea why I'm suddenly getting this error. How to troubleshoot?

Which JHF are you running on that appliance? It seems R81.10 Jumbo Hotfix Take 141 should fix this issue. https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/Jumbo_HFA/R81.10/R81.10/Take_141.htm

Also, sk107513 mentioned a similar error, see if any of the scenarios are relevant for you.

I have seen sk107513. I have not added scheduled jobs or snmp trap receivers

No idea what caused this but i resolved it by reverting to factory defaults and recovering from backup on both firewalls in the cluster
