      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone , we had a problem with a access roule object, the user did not fall into this rule, waht we did was create another&amp;nbsp; access roule object and this worked, it seams that the access roule&amp;nbsp; object was corrupted, some of them have passed something similar&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know what you mean by Access Roule object, do you mean an Access Role object?&lt;BR /&gt;More details about your environment would be helpful, including:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Version/JHF of gateways and management&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Mechanism used for Identity Awareness (ADQuery, Identity Collector, Agents, etc)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Specific examples with screenshots would be helpful also.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
