    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hai&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of our client SMS gateway&amp;nbsp; VMs got unrecoverably lost, OS not booting, due to kernel panic, we got the snapshot and system backup, and we tried creating a new VM and restored it with the snapshot, everything went well, but the cp process not coming up and unable to connect with smart console.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help, whats is going wrong? we use the same VM options and name. R81.10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The more of the actual messages you show, the more likely we'll be able to assist.&lt;BR /&gt;Did you use the same IP addresses as previously?&lt;BR /&gt;I suspect you'll have a license issue if not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
