Hi everyone,

i have a issue with the dhcp service on Check Point 3600 with Gaia 81,20 JT53.

DHCP Service is configured and enabled and for 2 or 4 hours has it worked but now the clients get no address anymore.

I have already completely reset the DHCP. Without success. Another new network on a different interface does not work either.

What can I do to eliminate this error?

Thanks and BR

Rafael

Can you see if there are any drops on port 67 or 68?

Yes, that's exactly what it was. Thank you. Everything checked except the service.

As soon as I saw your post, I remembered we had client had this same issue recently and we realized right away there was rule missing in the inline layer for dhcp.

Best,

Just for the reference, one thing I always do is this in the log filter when any DHCP issues -> dst:255.255.255.255 AND port:67

That will show you the issue 100%

Cheers,
