      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The customer has non-admin ssh access on the CLI of the Security Gateways for collecting packet capture when required for troubleshooting communication issues.&lt;BR /&gt;How can I provide him access to get the pcap file via winscp without giving him the privileged expert role?&lt;BR /&gt;Is that possible?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
